By booking an experience with Routa, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings & Payments
- Reservations are confirmed once full payment is received.
- All payments are processed securely through authorized providers such as PayPal or Stripe.
- Prices are listed in MXN and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the experience start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
- No-shows are considered non-refundable.
- If Routa cancels an experience due to weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
3. Modifications & Itinerary Changes
Routa reserves the right to adjust itineraries, schedules, or services due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
Significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must arrive on time at the agreed meeting point or pick-up location.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details (including WhatsApp if applicable).
- Customers must inform Routa of any health conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements before the experience.
5. Liability & Risk
- Participation in experiences is at the customer’s own risk.
- Routa is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control (weather, strikes, accidents, government regulations, etc.).
- Customers are responsible for having valid travel insurance where required.
6. General
Routa operates experiences across Mexico in collaboration with trusted and verified local partners and guides.
